1) Purchase of the package: Choose your event and purchase the package you want: Basic / Performance / Ultra. At the time of purchase, we only ask for the basics: First and last name, Email address. You don't need to send us any more information. At the event, we identify you with your race number (provided by the federation), and with that, we know exactly who you are and what equipment belongs to you. 2) On the day of the event: Our team records and photographs during the competition. With your race number, we associate: Your photos, Your videos, Your content according to the package purchased. Important: At many events, we take photos of everyone, but it depends on the number of athletes. That's why we recommend booking in advance: it guarantees priority and ensures your content is covered. 3) Backstage Content: If you have purchased the Backstage Content plugin, you will have access to a fixed spot backstage: We set up a designated area to take: Backstage photos, 4K vertical video of your routine (one single clip, unedited). It's not always a "studio" as such. Sometimes we may We sometimes set up a studio-like setup, and sometimes we don't (we travel with equipment, sometimes by plane, and it's not always feasible to bring a full set). But don't worry: with good lighting and setup, the result will still be amazing. How to use it: You can drop by whenever you want; it's operational all day. Recommendation: right after competing, because: You're at your physical peak. You can leave with medals/trophies. If you win a medal later or want to repeat the experience, you can return without any problem. You can bring family, friends, or companions and take photos with them. 4) Content Delivery: We will deliver the content corresponding to your pack/plugin after the event. If you have purchased Fast Delivery, you will receive a quick selection as indicated in that add-on.
